What We Do

01

Preconstruction Planning

We help owners and builders remove surprises before work starts by building a clear, realistic plan for scope, budget, and schedule. Typical work includes constructability and systems reviews, preliminary budgeting, phasing and logistics, and a decision roadmap so the whole team knows what must be decided and when.

02

Owner’s Representative

As an owner’s rep, we act as your advocate and right hand from early design through closeout, coordinating the work of architects, engineers, designers, and contractors. We attend key meetings, track decisions, review pay apps and changes, monitor schedule and quality, and translate technical issues into clear options so you can make confident choices.

03

Builder Systems & Communication Consulting

For builders and developers, we strengthen your internal systems so projects run cleaner and clients feel informed and cared for. We help refine preconstruction workflows, OAC meeting structures, reporting, and owner update templates, with a focus on repeatable, disciplined communication.
